Sudden Numbness Again

Woke up this Weds Morning (10 Apr 2019) with numbness on my left face.
On the next morning it worsened and my fingers and toes. All on the left.

Went to TKC TCM for my 10th treatment.
Skipped one session last week as I was too lazr and feeling rather okay and over confident.

He did Ba Guan, Acupuncture and Tuina for me.
Mainly on my left shoulder blade and back of my left leg.
Needles around my neck area and hands.
Felt a electric current as his needle went down my leg.

It was quite different from BZT acupoints.

My face was still numb when I left the clinic.
Some relief was felt on my fingers and toes.

As the day progressed, the numbness got better.
But it's still there.

We talked a little and he said he suspected that I might have
1. Bell's Palsy
2. Stroke

But he does not think so as I had no drool and my MRI was clear.
Meaning no blood clots or blood vessel rupture.

I also visited a new Chiropractor earlier on Monday and she too suspected that I might have Belll's Palsy, a mild version of it.

I do not think so.

Shared my experiences on the SSHL facebook group and someone said I might have been attacked by the Shingles Virus.

Well, my mother in law had Shingles when I first developed my SSHL and I had numbness.
And I had low immunity as I had been sick with upper respiratory tract infection for 2 weeks.

Did some reading up and I do not have all the symptoms of it though.
They call it the Ramsay's Hunt Syndrome.

Maybe I have Multiple Sclerosis?
Where my body is attacking my nerves?
Facial nerves?

Hopefully I'm getting closer to the root of the problem and solving this.

But the numbness this time worsened each time I slept and woke.
It could also be my bad sleeping position.

The first SSHL did not happen when I slept though.
So this could be unrelated similar events?
