Some Changes - Inner Ear Sounds Improvement

When I swallow or try to move my ear or throat muscles on my bad ear side,
I can now hear more sounds.
There is more clarity within the inner cavity.

But my hearing has not improved on the hearing test app though.

What does this mean?

Q1: Has my eustachian tube been cleared more?

Coz of the TCM treatments?( maybe, coz something similar happened at 5th & 6th Session at BZT )
Coz of natural healing? ( dun think so)
Coz of the nasal steriod spray?  (Started on 15 Feb, about 14 days ago)
Coz of the Chiro?  ( dun think so)

Q2: My hearing has improved?

Yes? Coz I can hear more inner sounds?
No, Coz the hearing tests do not show any significant changes in stats.


Q3: Has my eustachian tube been blocked?

If it was blocked? How could I have done the Hyperbaric Treatments with no pain?
Was it partially blocked? (Maybe)

I think that it is
Likely my hearing is the same. No improvement. 
But my eustachian tube has cleared up a bit more.
Due to the TCM and Nasal Spray.
As the sinus mucus has stopped forming for the past 14 days or so.
So maybe hardened mucus stuff stuck up there could have dropped since the passages are now more clear to allow descent.


Interesting Notes:

When I call BZT after hours to do a hearing test on their CS reply.
I can now hear them on my bad ear, at volume level 30 and 40 on the iPhone.
Versus volume level 80 or 90 when I started this personal test.
